Our May meeting will focus on the Translational Science Benefits Model (TSBM) and how it can be used to plan for, articulate and demonstrate the real-world impact of your work.
This month, the Community of Practice (CoP) is pleased to welcome Dr. Kathryn Hyzak, Assistant Professor in OSU’s College of Public Health, who will share how she applies the TSBM in her research.
Dr. Hyzak will cover:
- What the Translational Science Benefits Model (TSBM) is
- How to set up a TSBM-guided research project and communicate impact
- Strategies for engaging community partners in the process
- Identifying potential impacts and benefits of research for community partners
