The Business of Team Science

The CTSI partners with Colorado State University's Institute for Research in the Social Sciences (IRISS) to present the Business of Team Science, a unique, forward-thinking program designed to equip faculty and staff with the skills and frameworks necessary to build, lead and sustain high performing cross-disciplinary research teams.

Grounded in research on team development and contemporary frameworks in team science, this course guides participants through a developmental arc, from clarifying shared purpose to designing roles, navigating team dynamics, and cultivating the conditions for long-term effectiveness.

Participants will engage both conceptually and practically, leaving with tools they can immediately apply to their own teams and collaborations.
