This session will provide an overview of IRB, HIPAA and university regulations and policies governing human subjects research. Participants will learn best practices for the proper collection, handling, sharing, storage and dissemination of human subjects data across a variety of project types. Experts from the IRB, the Material Transfer Agreement and Data Use Agreement Office, the CCRM, CTSI and the College of Medicine Office of Research will present key information, guidance and available resources. The session will conclude with a Q&A period.
